What are your turnaround times?
This really depends on the scope and complexity of your project, however branding clients can expect 2-4 week development turnaround and web design clients can expect a 4-6 week development turnaround.
Do you offer a rush turnaround?
Sure! If our schedule allows for it and for an additional fee, you can have our project expedited. If you are on a strict deadline, please make sure to let us know.
What files will you send me and who owns the right to the final design?
All clients will receive high-resolution, print-ready files including EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG file types. The project files you receive will depend on the method of design and where the finished product will be used (print or web). For web design clients, all site files will be uploaded to your server via FTP at site launch.
Unless specifically noted in your design contract, once a project has been paid in full, you own the rights to the artwork. Lush Creative and our designers only retain the rights to showcase work produced on our websites, portfolios and/or social media accounts.
When do I pay for my project?
To make the investment in your brand and website more manageable, we offer a 2-part payment plan, with one-half of the amount paid at booking and the remainder after approval of the designs and prior to delivery of final artwork files.
Do you offer printing services?
We do not, however we can suggest a number of high quality and cost-effective printing solutions. Check out the resources page for more information.
Do you offer site hosting?
Currently hosting is not something we offer, however this may be a service available in the near future. Check out the resources page for hosting recommendations.
